Our real estate practice also has extensive experience in real estate finance. Our representation spans the full range of financial legal services including the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of new and refinanced credits, the workout of distressed credits, and the representation of both lenders and borrowers in foreclosure and bankruptcy cases. Our real estate finance clients include many regional and national banks that regularly lend to commercial, industrial, multi-family, and specialty real estate owners and developers.
