TED F. MITCHELL

With approximately 15 years of experience, Ted Mitchell’s law practice includes all areas of civil litigation, with particular expertise in the areas of construction law, general business, will and estate litigation, community associations and collections. Ted is licensed to practice law in all North Carolina and South Carolina courts, and is also a member of the North Carolina Bar and South Carolina Bar. Prior to joining Gray, Layton, Kersh, Ted practiced law in Asheville, N.C. and Charlotte, N.C.


Ted lends his time to various nonprofit organizations and is an active member of Hope Community Church of Charlotte.
